Food Station Wins 2022 Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award

PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya won the 2022 Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA) for its consistency in increasing Human Capital (HC) capacity.

At 2022 HCREA which was held by First Indonesia Magazine, they managed to get the title of the Best HR in Crisis Management, the Most Resilience Company 2022, and the Best CEO Focus on HC.

The award was directly received by PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya President Director Pamrihadi Wiraryo at Amartapura Ballroom-Hotel El Royale Bandung on Friday (7/29).

According to him, good HC development will have a positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth process continuously and sustainably.

The company was very concerned about aspects related to the management and development of human resources to support the improvement of company performance through improving the quality of education.

"We also open the widest opportunity for employees to contribute through showing their potential performance and continuous collaboration programs," he explained, Sunday (7/31).

He assessed that 2022 HCREA is very positive to continue to improve the quality of human resources as the company's main asset.
